Batting is a key decision. Batting must be tested and calibrated for precise tension and predictable results. Heirloom and Custom Quilts are best with two layers of batting to stabilize and provide that Trapunto texture. Quilt Mason maintains a supply of batting including:

A flat rate is charged on all projects to cover set up of the project, design, trimming of the finished quilt. Local pickup and delivery can be arranged for an additional $25.

Sometimes extra care and attention are required. Quilt Mason will always consult and obtain pre approval for extra items:

• Additional Ironing

• Trimming Threads

• Managing excess fullness

• Sewing additional sides when backing is not 5 inches around the top

• Binding
